This is a mouseover healing macro!

This macro allows you to mouseover a party member and heal them, which means you don't need to click on them. Let's say if you use Grid as your party frame, to heal your party member you only need to put your mouse cursor over your target's frame and use the macro. you could change Rejuvenation to another spell name. For example, Regrowth, Swiftmend.
If you are targeting a friendly , you'll cast on them.
if you are targeting an enemy, you'll cast on your enemy's target.
If you are not in a group or a party , (you don't have target or you are not mousing over anyone) you will cast it on yourself.
Well, now the problem is: this macro doesn't work when you have no target and not mousing over anyone in a group/party. you can only hold ALT to cast it on yourself in such a case.
So does anyone can make this macro work more efficiency ? I mean, making it possible to cast on yourself when you are in a group/party.
